I'm very, very, very excited and at the same time feeling very, very, very tired and that's why I have not been blogging - trust me, updating my blog is the last thing on my mind. I have been trying to gather enough energy just to get through each day.
Compared to the time when I was pregnant with Ryan ..... (It has become a habit on how I would describe my pregnancy) ....... this time around is very different. I have been vomiting every day, so much so that I have been losing weight and I looked thinner than before. I still look pale and most of the time, I feel dizzy but things have been improving, slowly.
With Ryan, I was very tired esp. during my 1st trimester but I did not vomit and I craved for certain food. Now, I don't have any cravings and because I keep on vomiting, I tend not to eat. Now, the challenge for me is to look for food which I can eat - so far, it's crackers. Now that I am feeling much better, I am starting to take fish and a bit of rice for lunch but by dinner, I will be too tired to eat. I have also just started taking my vitamins supplements.
So how was my year end? Well, all my plans went down the drain (the long awaited holidays, Christmas parties, family gathering, shopping, countdown etc). I had to defer my studies for one semester as well.
In January, things were so bad that I was either in the toilet vomitting or on the bed sleeping. Thanks goodness Aunt Jo is there for Ryan. Hubby have also been very supportive and very patient as I tend to cry when he's around.....weird (I dunno whether it is me acting up or my hormone has really gone crazy!!).
I know I should not be complaining because this is what we wanted; an addition to the family and the silver lining is that, all my suffering means that baby is doing fine. I will write more and keep everyone posted !!!
Thanks for all the support, wishes and prayers. Yes, we are counting our blessings and Ryan is thrilled!!
